Drill pipe is a seamless steel pipe with the API thread connection, which is used for connecting the drill rig equipment. Materials are purchased from well known large enterprise of domestic. The ends of pipe are IU processed, then tempered after friction welding, Drill pipe joints are quenched and tempered after rough machining, and surface nitriding treatment after finishing, that makes the joints more wear-resistant and easy to disassemble without thread sticky,breaking and cracking. Precision imported CNC lathes and customized cutters are used for thread processing. All threads are equipped with thread gauges that meet international standards. 1.Standard API thread forming and orientating processed at one step, which is our technical high light. 2.Hardness and wear resistance combined alloy steel, supplier by national top level special steel manufacturer.(Pipe thickness and materials can be users’ choice. 3.Not all friction welding is strong, after a specialized friction welding process, welding outcome can be ensured. 4.Pipe curvature correction is a must process for each drill pipe. 5.Each processing step is stringently controller ,all R arcs-are CNC machined. 6.Premium alloy steel made joints, strictly controlled, heat treatment process and standard API thread processing technology. We pay attention to all these easily ignored details to ensure pipe stability and thread durability. DTH drill pipe is mainly used for rock crushing ,anchoring drilling,geothermal air conditioning hole water well drilling, etc.
