Feature We adopts famous steel enterprise production of material to produce drill pipe, and heat treatment of materials by using and integrated multi-processing furnace with international standard, Internal thickening technology has carried on the tempering process after friction welding, so the processing quality of drill pipe is stable, reliable ,use cycle greatly extended. According to different application, different diameters of drill tubes are needed, basically, smaller DTH hammers need smaller DTH drill tubes, vice versa. Usually we are offering 50mm, 60mm, 76mm, 89mm, 95mm, 102mm, 114mm, 127mm, 140mm, 159mm. Usually the threads are standard API connections, like 2 3/8" API REG thread, 3 1/2" API REG thread or API IF thread, etc. According to customers request, from 1000mm to 6000mm length of pipe are available. We can process different length, diameter and wall thickness and material of API standard thread rod, we also can design and manufacture drill pipe according to customers' requirement of the material, length, thickness and connection thread.
