Features JCDRILL self drilling anchor system is a bolting solution for difficult ground and rock conditions. The system enables drilling and grouting in one operation, making much saving in jobsite and project time. In a certain range, tensile strength increase in proportion to hardness. For couplers and nuts, it’s important to make sure the fitting capacity reaches bar’s capacity. Through hundreds of rounds of testing, a lab standard is set up which is HRC 20 - 30 for both couplers and nuts. JCDRILL Drilling hollow bar is T thread bar, which could be connected perfectly to ROPE thread (to ISO10208 & ISO 1720). T-ROPE thread hollow bar has the following advantages: 1. 45 degree angle T thread design makes the effective area of thread larger and achieves the better bond to concrete. 2. 45 degree angle T thread design makes the crack widths at maximum load lie below 0.1 mm. 3. 45 degree angle T thread design largely improves the combined tension of T-TROPE thread hollow bar with nut and coupler. 4. The T-TROPE thread can connect effectively to the prevail ROPE thread, like R32, R38 and R51( to ISO 10208 and ISO 1720) at job site. Applications 1. Face stabilization 2.
